2006

Immediately after the official takeover of .A.S.A. by FCC the decision to erect the first waste-to-energy-plant in Zistersdorf/Austria is done.

Beside a number of different acquisitions the market penetration in Poland is pushed by the acquisition of the company Zarbze.

Group revenues increase by organic growth and acquisitions to 226 Mill. Euro.

2007

.2007 is the year with the best turnover-development in ASA’s history: mainly by organic growth turnover goes up to 275 Mill. Euro, representing 22 % growth-rate.

The construction works at the incinerator in Zistersdorf/Austria start and develop according to plan.

ASA increases its territory by the countries Lithuania and Serbia, in which operative companies are founded.
