It was founded on October 2007. and started with operational activities on April 2008. Now .A.S.A. Vrbak d.o.o. provide service for 50 000 inhabitants and 676 companies.

Communal waste from Vrbak municipalities is disposed on modern landfill which meet highest EU standards. Landfill complex is on 21ha 93a and it was placed on territory of municipality of Lapovo. Company .A.S.A. Eko – branch office Lapovo operate the landfill and applying know-how to assure it operation for next 25 years.
